The rooms have beautiful views over the mustard fields, and the hotel is in a good spot on the highway. The bathrooms need better hardware and a thorough clean. Service needs work too. Many staff chew paan/gutkha, and they were too quick to intrude on my privacy and ask for tips. Almost everyone kept pestering me for a tip, even if they hadn't served me. It seems they need to be paid better.

We came for our parents' anniversary and were all happy with the service. The ambience and location were lovely, and Lalit shrivasta was especially humble and polite. We'd love to visit again, thank you 😊❤️

We stopped for lunch while travelling from Lucknow to Sitapur. The food was tasty and the staff were nice, so it's a good place to break the journey. They could keep it a bit cleaner, though, and expand the restaurant and seating area.

The hotel's atmosphere is fine, but one kitchen worker, Golu, spoiled the experience. He was very rude to guests and acted as if he were the 'Head' who knew everything. He wouldn't accept feedback or admit mistakes, and didn't seem to follow basic hospitality standards. Management should take strict action, because his attitude is driving guests away. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you expect decent staff behavior.

The rooms, halls, and decorations at Santorini were beautiful and made my sister’s wedding day feel really special. The staff were humble and polite throughout. It was an outstanding experience. Thank you, Vijay Massey, and thanks to Santorini.
