I attended a wedding at Clarion Inn Patiala. The property is beautiful and has a nice ambience, but hygiene and management need serious attention. The washrooms were dirty and smelled unpleasant, which gave a poor impression for a venue that otherwise seemed well maintained. During the event, snack servers had no proper tongs or serving spoons, and the person serving ice cream used a regular spoon instead of a scooper. Guests also had no proper utensils at the salad counter. Better supervision and hygiene practices are needed to meet expectations for a venue of this level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The ambience was classy but comfortable, and the staff were polite and attentive, keeping everything on time. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented, with an impressive range on the menu. A great Patiala spot for a pleasant meal, whether for a family dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommended!

We spent last week at Clarion Inn, Patiala, staying there while hosting a Hindustan Petroleum dealer conference. Everyone found the stay very comfortable, and the food was excellent with prompt service. The banquet team, especially Jaskeerat, coordinated well and supported us throughout. From planning through execution, the staff were supportive and proactive. Rohit, Mandeep, and Sunny were always available and handled every requirement with a smile. General Manager Mr. Vikas Bhatt personally made sure the arrangements went smoothly. The whole team's hospitality stood out as warm, professional, and committed to making the event a success. I’d strongly recommend Clarion Inn, Patiala for corporate events and conferences, dealer meets, birthday celebrations, and wedding functions. A great place to stay and an even better team to work with in Patiala. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was enjoyable: the food was fresh and tasted good, and the dining area was well maintained. The menu was limited for protein, though, with eggs the only substantial option. The location was convenient, and staff were polite and helpful when approached. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, some amenities seemed outdated or poorly maintained, and service was inconsistent, with slower response times than I’d have liked. It was a decent but average stay, 3 out of 5, and didn’t quite meet my expectations or leave a memorable impression. Better maintenance, service, and breakfast variety could make the experience much better.

The restaurant really stood out for its taste and food quality, and the stay itself was comfortable. Nainpreet, the restaurant manager, was very kind. The letdown was the hot water, which came inconsistently. Fixing that would make the experience much better.
