Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were big. I was there for three nights and four days, and the hospitality was very good. A solid budget-friendly option near Ajana beach, I’d recommend it.

The meal was badly prepared and far too spicy for me, and when I brought it up, nobody seemed concerned or tried to help. The reception staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with no courtesy or hospitality. My experience from the desk through dining was disappointing, and the stay wasn't worth it. They need better staff training and quality control. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Housekeeping kept the rooms in good shape, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a very kind, attentive ma’am who checked that we were comfortable while eating. Being so close to the beaches made it easy to spend the day by the sea during my Goa trip. I had a really relaxing, pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to other Goa visitors.

Lydia ma’am was especially warm and sweet, always serving with a smile and making us feel at home. We also enjoyed the good range of delicious food, and the service was outstanding. During our Goa trip, JW Heritage was a welcoming, cozy place to come back to after evenings by the sea, with the beaches nearby. Housekeeping did a great job, and the rooms stayed clean and comfortable. A lovely stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

It felt like the reception staff were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay. Their rude, arrogant, disrespectful manner showed no courtesy or professionalism at all. A front desk shapes the impression of a hotel, and JW Heritage Hotel failed badly on that. Management should take immediate action. I'm not coming back.
