No hot water at any time, and the bathroom windows were broken. The beds and windows were damaged, the AC was broken, and the rooms seemed completely unmaintained. Service was awful, with facilities nowhere near what the room charges should get you. One of the worst stays I’ve had in Goa. I wouldn’t recommend it even if it were cheap.

The beds were damaged and the bathroom windows broken, with no sign of maintenance or service. The rooms felt completely third class, and the whole stay was a waste of money and time. Very disappointing, and I can’t recommend it.

I spent two days there, and Owner Sofia was very kind and made sure we had a decent stay. It’s reasonably priced and highly recommended if you want somewhere near Anjuna.

Ks8 Guest house was the best place I’ve stayed in Goa as a regular traveler. The rooms are bright, airy, spacious, and clean. Host Sofia ma'am was friendly and so helpful. I’d gladly refer friends and family, and I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you, Sofia!
