The food was the weak spot. For a place that does so many other things well, it was pretty average, and I’d give the breakfast buffet 2.5/5. Still, I’d rate the hotel five stars overall for everything else. The interiors were thoughtfully done, though we couldn’t get an upgrade because the hotel was full. The staff were courteous, well trained, and excellent at hospitality. Special thanks to Maitrish for the great service that made our stay worthwhile. Other five star hotels should take lessons from Westin.

We’ve only just arrived, yesterday, for an eight day stay, but the start has been excellent. The setting is beautiful, and from arrival onward the customer service has been great. Breakfast and Happy Hour have both impressed us. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the pool room is brilliant, with direct access to the pool. I loved my Abhyanga massage and steam at the superb Spa, and there are more treatments I’m looking forward to trying. The gym is great too. I’m happy with our hotel choice and looking forward to unwinding this week ❤️

Our stay at The Westin Goa was smooth and relaxing, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The ambience, cleanliness, food, and service were all excellent. From the warm welcome to the attentive help throughout, the team handled everything with care and professionalism, including quick assistance and personal touches that made us comfortable. Yusuf, Rahul, Soham, Abhay, and Bhavna from the management team all helped make the visit memorable. Their efforts made this feel like a true five star experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

This is a lovely, well designed property, and it’s positioned nicely: close to the party spots but far enough away to get away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and practical, with lots of attention to the guest experience. Breakfast had a lavish, delicious spread, and the service made it even better. Food and drinks also seemed fairly priced for this kind of property. The Spa was good, though I’ve had much better experiences for the same. Go for it!

Bhawna Rai helped us with everything, from booking a table ahead of time to suggesting places to visit and places to avoid during the dry days. She was also up to date on club closures due to paperwork, which was a big help. At Thalasa, she even sorted out a last minute entry for us when the tables were almost full, so I didn’t have to wait in line. Thanks to her, we got in. I was travelling with my wife and our two year old daughter, and we all loved the hotel. The lobby and pool had a great vibe, and there was a kids play area with a nanny. The location was perfect for getting around the north, and my child loved it as much as we did.
