We arrived in Kota for the first time, and the hotel’s proximity to the railway station was why my daughter and I booked it. The room was tiny for three adults, filthy, and had a strong urine smell. There was no proper cleaning or service. When we politely asked to switch rooms, the owner and manager shouted at us instead of helping. They were rude and disrespectful toward women. At 11 PM, they angrily told us to leave and forced us to check out. In an unfamiliar city, we were left scrambling to find another hotel. It was a nightmare, with no courtesy, humanity, or professionalism. I’d never recommend it.

My mother and I had a terrible stay. We’d told them before checking in that there were three adults, but when I asked to change rooms, they said it wasn’t their policy. The room smelled, and instead of listening or working with us, the owner and manager shouted and behaved very badly toward us. We were new to Kota and had to switch hotels at 11 PM because of the service. They showed no respect toward women. I’d never recommend this place. Don’t go expecting anything but a bad experience.

The room was clean and hygienic, and it’s near the railway station. Staff were helpful and cooperative, and my stay was really comfortable. A wonderful hotel.
