We spent ages playing with the four German Shepherds, which ended up being a highlight of the trip. Pankaj, Raju, Chaman and Kunal, along with the manager and caretakers, were all really helpful and made us comfortable. The rooms were lovely, and the greenery around the property looked great too.

The food was great and the people had such a nice, relaxed vibe. You can walk to the beach in about four minutes and the flea market in two, and there’s scooter rental and money exchange on the street corner. It’s a long way from the airport, but worth the ride. My tip: avoid high season. Loved the place and would happily come back! 💚

I booked a room through booking.com two months before my Goa trip and had confirmation by email and phone. Later, they raised the tariff and pressured me into paying the new rate, which was about double what I’d booked. The management was not customer friendly, and there was a lot of unnecessary arguing over money. I felt they’d go to any illegal lengths to take people’s money. Don’t trust them.

Quiet, clean and cozy, and I felt very comfortable here. The staff were nice and helpful, and the food at German Bakery was good. I’d recommend the place to anyone.
