Leo Fort Hotel

The hotel itself is fantastic, but the service is very poor. At the same price, you could choose other properties with better service.

The rooms were good, with a nice suite-like setup: a living area and a separate bedroom. But the water was literally yellowish and poor quality, which made me wonder if the tank was very dirty or there was no purification system. We paid a good amount for breakfast, but at the restaurant you could choose only one menu item and one drink, which didn't feel justified. I usually stay at Hotel President, which has similar tariffs. This was my first time here, and I won't come back or recommend it.

Rooms are good, clean and safe. The location, parking and safety were all fine, and the staff were good. But the help desk refused to provide bedroom slippers or chappals, or any kind of toothpaste. Breakfast was very poor in both menu and service. There wasn't much variety, service was very delayed, and there was no buffet. In the vegetarian section it was only Aalu ka parantha and an ungrilled sandwich. If they were only going to serve paranthas, they could at least have included gobi or mooli for a little variety. There was just one person serving all the guests. He was polite and not bad at all, but we still had to wait a long time for our orders, even when repeating an item, since others had to be served first. The rest was good. In the morning, the reception desk didn't ask or remind anyone who was leaving or checking out about breakfast. Calling the rooms to say it was ready was out of the question. It left a very bad impression of such a nice hotel.

The staff were rude from the start. Amarjeet shouted at us and spoke in a condescending way, then gave uncertain reasons for refusing my check-in. He called backup, and that staff member also misbehaved and seemed ready to fight. We somehow managed the situation and left. They wouldn't give us management's contact details so we could make a formal complaint. I was put through to Gaurav, who was rude and full of attitude instead of helping. I'm surprised the management hired people who don't know how to treat customers. The service is a big zero, and they never provide a number to contact management directly. I suggest not booking here. If you're spending money, choose a good hotel.
