The décor, food, and hospitality impressed our guests, and the First Floor Banquet Hall at Comfort Hotel Vista worked beautifully for our family event on 19th November 2025. We had planned something very special there, and I was extremely pleased with how it went. The arrangements were lovely, and the team handled everything with care and professionalism. The F&B and Front Office teams deserve a special mention for patiently and efficiently accommodating every request. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help, which kept everything running smoothly. Thank you for making the occasion so memorable for our family. We’re grateful for the effort and hope to celebrate there again.

The venue was clean and comfortable, with a warm feel that suited a family celebration. I hosted my cousin’s birthday at Comfort Hotel Vista, and it was a pleasant experience. The team was helpful from the start and kept things running smoothly, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The food was tasty and served well, and our guests enjoyed it. The polite, attentive staff stood out and were around whenever we needed them. I’m glad we chose Comfort Hotel Vista for the occasion.

Shivani ji deserves special thanks for supporting us before and throughout my engagement ceremony at Comfort Vista. Her help made the day run smoothly and feel memorable. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the banquet hall was well managed, and the food was delicious. Service in both the rooms and banquet was professional and excellent. Comfort Vista is a great place for events, and I highly recommend it. Thanks for making our special day so lovely.

The hotel is quite large, with a great ambience, and the party lawn and dinner hall were good. I went there for a wedding function on 4th Feb 2026. It’s a long way from the main city, near Lulu Mall in Lucknow. The starters tasted great, but most of the many main-course dishes were poor. The sweets were good, including Rasmalai, Rabadi, and Milk.

Watching my daughter happy and free of stress on her wedding day meant everything to me. The décor, food, arrangements, and hospitality were beyond what we’d imagined, but it was the personal care, timely help, reassurance, and smiles that made the day special for our family. I’m deeply grateful to the whole team for making this one of the most important and emotional occasions of my life into a memory we’ll cherish. Ms. Shivani, our Event Manager, was a blessing throughout the process. Her patience, care, and sincerity with every detail eased the weight on my shoulders and made us feel supported at every step. Avnish, Shiv, Vaseem, Anuj and Rishabh also worked tirelessly and often went above and beyond. Their warm manner, readiness to help, and calm handling of last-minute requests didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for giving our family moments we’ll carry in our hearts for a lifetime. With sincere gratitude, Father of Avani
