Collection O 701724 Shivanya Hotel

The staff were helpful and behaved well, and the washroom was clean with soap, shampoo, and moisturizer available. Hot water wasn’t coming from the tap, though I didn’t ask room service about it. The room was good for the tariff and had enough space for two, with a dining table, chairs, an almirah, racks, and charging points on both sides of the bed. The bedsheet and towels looked old, and there were stains on the runners. The hotel is a bit hard to find and isn’t in a prime location. I ordered chicken for dinner, but it tasted frozen rather than fresh. The aloo paratha at breakfast was good, and it’s handy that they take food orders from 6:30 in the morning until 11 at night. I’d say it’s recommendable, with some drawbacks.

I booked the hotel for a party, but the service was very bad. None of the ACs were working, and some dishes were missing from the menu. The staff member Abhishek Tiwari was very rude and abusive.

Good amenities for the money.

There’s parking for cars and an in-house restaurant with really nice-tasting food. It’s a nice place for both parties and a stay.
