There was no help from the hotel with finding transport late at night, and the replacement room was below average. I'd booked well in advance at Fabhotel lime stay, but when I arrived late at night, reception said the property was full despite my confirmed booking, with no update beforehand. I had to contact customer care at 1 am in the cold in Delhi, and they arranged a room far away. I had no choice but to stay there. There was no breakfast counter, just ordinary food provided for breakfast. I don't recommend fabhotels.

Breakfast came wrapped in newspaper, and the service was very bad overall. I'd tell people not to go here.

One staff member was very helpful, though I don't know his name. The location doesn't match Google Maps, and the rooms weren't up to standard for the price. We booked through the fabhotel app, but weren't given contact details even when we were having trouble reaching the hotel. There wasn't a water bottle in the room, and they charged 20 rs for one; there was no towel either. The price is very high, so I'd strongly suggest visiting another hotel instead.

Getting to Yashobhoomi is easy, it's only 500m away, and the metro station is also nearby. The property is nice and classy. Hotel staff harish maurya looked after guests carefully and obediently, and manager om maurya also takes care of the service provided to guests.

We booked three rooms, but are shifting to another hotel. There were no amenities as described, no geyser or TV, and we couldn't sleep because there was noise and commotion all night. Manager Omi was drunk with his friends and girls. A horrible experience with the staff.
