Capital O 9270 Hotel Krishna Cottage

Terrible experience and a waste of money. I'd tell everyone to stay away.

The service was deeply disappointing. There was no hot-water service. When I asked, they said, 'You need hot water in this season?' They said they had a boiler but didn't use it. The TV wasn't working either, and they said the cable wire was cut. Within five minutes of my saying I'd complain to the owner, they got the TV working. They also controlled the AC and switched it off in the evening and again in the morning, claiming there was a power cut, which wasn't true. The people handling everything were especially hopeless. They offered the room for 1200, and whenever there's a problem, they just say that's all you get for 1200. Very, very disappointing. Please don't book.

The basics were a letdown for the price. The WiFi didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the rooms were poorly kept and very unclean. I’d paid for air conditioning, but staff switched it off after 1-2 hours. With service and facilities like this, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Krishna Cottage for a comfortable stay.
