You get home-cooked food three times a day, unlimited, for 3500, and the total charge was just 6000 rs. There’s no security deposit, the hygiene is excellent, and the crowd staying here is very good. It’s one of the most affordable student housing properties around North Campus, with easy access from GTB nagar or Vishwavidyalay metro station. The property is fully air conditioned and the food is superior quality. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was friendly and there was full security, which I loved. My stay was great, with comfortable beds, clean washrooms, and all the services. The rooms, washrooms, and even the mess were perfectly air conditioned, all at reasonable prices.

Clean bed sheets and good air-conditioning were the main positives. The place was passable, but not comfortable, and I’ve stayed in many hostels. The photos are nothing like the actual place. It’s an overpriced hostel, not the hotel it was advertised as. Payments were a constant problem, especially cash, and they gave no receipts. The owners in the USA seem unaware of the issues there. It feels like all they want is to get money from guests. It was hard to find by AUTO when I arrived by train at 6 am. The street leading to RKmetro was often closed because of the New Metro Delhi works, and autos didn’t want to go into that area. They overcharged me Rs 300. The digital-recognition security entrance door on the 3 er floor never worked during my 5 days there. The best worker was the lady on the 3 er floor, who kept everything clean, even with well OLD used rags. She works endlessly and they should PAY her 1.000 more! But dirty plates, cups, and forks sat in a bucket on the stairs for 4 days. There was no lounge in the women’s dormitory for reading, watching TV, or studying. There was no TV anywhere, and no lounge in the garage/dining area either. There wasn’t even a kettle to make chai or a pot to cook anything, and the little chai cups were broken. Bathroom basins and tables were broken, and the showers had no rose shower heads. The breakfast offered to Occidental people doesn’t exist, not even toast. I took photos to show what the place is really like. There’s NO GYM EQUIPMENT, it’s a laundry now. Staff don’t speak or understand English very well, and help is limited.

A great stay, and highly recommended. If you’re okay with a hostel-like setup, this is undoubtedly the best place!
