Airport Hotel Grand

A good layover spot. We found comfortable rooms, a roomy rooftop and gym, and very friendly staff. Tasty local food is only a few minutes away on foot, and Aerocity metro station is less than 15 minutes away. One tip: ask for a room on a higher floor, since the roads can be noisy. After wading through what felt like endless AI-generated or fake hotels on Booking.com, we were glad to find Airport Hotel Grand.

The staff were helpful and the customer service was good. My room was okay, though the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected and the shower didn’t work. When I told reception, they brought a bucket and mug instead. The food was okay but fell short of what I expected. Cleanliness and room facilities need improvement.

The hygiene was poor. We came in January and there was no hot water. Later they said it only heats up to 40°C and admitted they had lied about having hot water. Both receptionists were very, very rude. We ordered tea through room service, and the cup and kettle looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. Filthy.

The bathroom stinks, there’s no working hot water, and the rooms are terrible. The early morning noise was outrageous, and I had the worst sleep. My family struggled a lot. This place is not worth your money, so go elsewhere. The 5-star reviews are literally fake, if you ask me. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. It’s not very grand at all.
