I paid an extra 400 or 500 at the start just to get a room above the OYO amount, but then staff kept coming back for more charges, supposedly for cleaning, check-in, check-out, and other things. It felt like a way to keep extracting money. They asked for extra payment whenever they saw me, unless it was on an hourly basis. The receptionists acted like they owned the place, showed no respect, and one guy with glasses was especially unpleasant. The guest-is-king sticker didn't match how they treated people. My family and I were made to suffer. The owner says polite things online, but the staff abuse guests at reception, so the response doesn't match what happened. If you really wanted to fix this, you should have handled it professionally. This feels like a big scam being run through OYO. Money, money, money, it was like paying bribes in the private sector. I know the owner is still laughing, but this will hit hard and won't benefit the business.

The rooms at Collection O were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities, and the central location made it easy to get around. What surprised me most was how much things had changed. The service and management used to be poor, but with new ownership and staff, my recent stay was a very positive one. Everyone looked after my comfort and went above and beyond. I'd recommend it for a rewarding, hassle-free stay.

Please stay away from this property. I had a terrible experience with the management and staff, who showed no sympathy or care for customers. Booking online turned into a major disappointment, so I'd warn others not to book here.

The place was really unhygienic. A dog was sleeping on the sofa, the room was dirty, and they gave me a used bedsheet. Thankfully, I had brought my own sheets. There was a power cut problem too, and drinking water cost 30 rupees per litre. Room service was awful, and the staff were rude, especially the receptionist who called herself the manager. They charged me 800 rupees more for the stay without giving a bill. This is just cheating guests. I would not recommend booking a room here.
