Airport Hotel Dream Palace

Food tasted good, though it took a little long to prepare. The serving wasn't great. The tray was very dirty, and when I asked for another one, the replacement was only a little better. Similar trays kept coming after that. I did get my suit ironed on time, and the rest of the stay was alright. The room shown on the website wasn't the one I got. When I asked the receptionist about it, they replied, "Do you find any problem in room?" The basic things were there, but be cautious, you might not get what you see. Construction was going on on another floor.

The rooms were very small and felt like they belonged in a cheap hotel. The pictures were nothing like the place, and looked like they came from another property or the internet. On Make My Trip, the executive option costs more than deluxe, but there's no difference between the rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here or in this area if you're a foreigner or an international couple. It didn't feel very safe. If you can spend more, I'd look at a better nearby hotel, such as le season.

Every photo of this property looks AI made, and the rooms are tiny and dirty. I even found a dead cockroach in the bed. Seriously awful. There should be a zero star option. Be aware of hotels like this in Mahipalpur.

I booked through MMT, and the reservation was non refundable. Once I arrived, I realized I needed to move to another hotel nearby on the highway. I wrote to MMT about it, but got no response and no refund. This isn't a good place for families. The area felt unsafe, especially at night, and I saw lots of suspicious activity in and around the hotel. Families should strictly avoid it.
