The staff were helpful and behaved well, which is why I’m giving four stars. Otherwise it would’ve been three. My stay was short, and booking through the OYO app was easy. You can’t choose a specific room number, so the room you get may look different from the app photos. It’s a guesthouse under OYO, couple friendly, with room service for food and drinks. They don’t have hard liquor on the premises, and the location is a bit far from shopping complexes, so you may have to walk. They don’t accept local IDs, only IDs from other cities or countries. Cleanliness wasn’t great, and the sheets seemed reused, though they smelled freshly laundered. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, and towels.

Friday traffic gets really hectic around the property for a few hours because of prayers at the mosque right in front of the guest house. That doesn’t bother me much. It feels like home, and I don’t think there’s a better place in this budget. The staff are incredibly kind and generous. I’d recommend it to solo travelers and families alike.

The manager wouldn’t check us in because he didn’t accept the rate we’d booked online. He told us to call customer care and move to another hotel. They transferred us to a nearby place that seemed inferior, though the staff there were more accommodating. The staff here were very rude.

Booking through OYO can turn check-in into a hassle. The property manager may say the tariff is too low and refuse to give you a room, leaving you to spend another hour calling OYO customer care while they sort it out. The service isn’t hassle free, so avoid booking here.

It was our first time in Delhi, and my lady friend and I felt safe here. The staff were polite, helped us with directions, and the place was neat and good. Thank you.
