I appreciate how clean this property is. The staff are very good, and their behavior is good too.

The setting is peaceful, with lots of peacocks around DDA park, and the rooms are clean. It’s a very nice place in dwaraka Delhi. But the owners need to deal with arrogant Jagdish, as other residents have mentioned. He’s rude and uncaring, and swindles in several ways. He cheats guests out of soap and toiletries, doesn’t provide enough towels or replace them, and during our three-day stay we got just one towel. He also won’t give out the front-facing rooms even when they’re empty. He’s caustic for the property 😣

It’s a quiet spot, away from the noise and pollution of the main road, and Itc welcomhotel is less than a kilometer away. The staff were cooperative and courteous, hot water was available all day and night, and I loved the bathroom. The rooms are on the small side, but having a balcony is a plus. I didn’t like the bed setup: two single beds side by side with a deep gap between them. I’m used to sleeping on a queen-size double bed. You can order food from outside, local ids aren’t accepted, and free wifi is available.

The small kichen prepares fresh, clean, hygienic, home-like meals if you order ahead. They won’t take late orders. It’s a good, safe family option with basic amenities and a good environment. In Dwarka, New Delhi, it’s close to Delhi Airport and about one kilometre from blue line Metro Station Dwarka Sector 10. I like staying here: the service is good, there’s a lift, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
