We were left outside on the road at night with nowhere to stay, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. I had an online booking confirmed, but when I arrived, staff refused to check me in and bluntly said they don't provide rooms for online bookings. They were rude and told me to 'do whatever you want.' This was extremely unprofessional. I'd strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, especially when booking online.

There were serious water problems while I was there. I saw several customers shouting at staff, and one guest was walking around in just a bath towel, angrily asking for water because even running water wasn't available. The management seemed unconcerned about guest comfort or the hotel's reputation, and the place lacked basic amenities, professionalism, and customer service. My own booking was online, but when I arrived, the staff and owner, Mr. Satya, bluntly said, “we don’t have tie-up with online booking, do whatever you want.” It was a terrible experience and such irresponsible, arrogant behavior. I'd strongly advise people not to waste their time and money here. There are far better hotels that actually value

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were dirty. The towels didn't seem washed, and the bathroom smelled musty, making the whole room stink. For that level of dirt, the room felt expensive.

The location right on the road is the one thing this hotel has going for it, almost like a motel. Everything else was bad. The building is very old and seems abandoned, with only the front newly repaired. There were no proper facilities, no decent food or water, and the staff, including the so-called manager, provided very poor service and were stubborn about helping. The bathroom was a nightmare, and both my daughters became ill from its unhygienic condition. I stayed there on 26th October 2023, and it was horrific. They charged 2000 rupees for one night in a small AC room, though in my view it should cost under 1000, given there were no towels, soap, bathroom amenities, or water in the room. Please avoid this hotel.
