Sterling Nature Trails Durshet Khopoli

The setting is lovely, but the property needs a lot of upkeep. Basic infrastructure feels neglected, and the weekend crowds seem to put even more pressure on service, so a weekday might be a better time to go. We couldn't get online at all. The WiFi wouldn't authenticate despite entering the right room number and last name, and mobile reception was extremely weak too. Dining was frustrating: there was no printed menu, most things we asked for weren't available, and we ended up having the buffet at both lunch and dinner. The food wasn't good.

The campfire at night really gives the place a forest-camp feel, and the zip line was good too. I liked being among nature, and the service and hygienic food were nice. The pool is a bit small, though.

The people in the dining room were warm and kept our food coming promptly. Sharad ji and the team made sure we were looked after, while Akshay ji took care of all the little details and made sure every meal matched what we needed. Night Chef Prasad ji understood our dietary needs and made delicious meals. He worked smoothly with Day Chef Rinku ji, who carried on with the same care. We felt welcome and at home throughout our stay at Sterling Nature Trails, Durshet. The whole team was kind and professional, and made the trip memorable.

On 1st February, everything ran smoothly. Akshay made check-in easy, and Prachi was amazing at showing us the activities. We enjoyed both the delicious breakfast and the lunch. The help started with the booking. Saloni was patient and worked out the best costing for us. When we had to postpone at the last minute, she understood and helped a lot. We had a fantastic experience.
