The housekeeping team made my stay at [adrista divine cottage] very comfortable. From check-in, they were attentive and courteous, keeping my room pristine to a high standard each day. They worked promptly and professionally, respected my privacy, and took care with even the little details. Their dedication to cleanliness really improved my experience.

The pool was full of bugs and bird feather for days, and the entrance to the hotel was a dump ground. There was no food or restaurant in the accommodation, and I even had to ask for basic things like drinking water. Management basically didn’t exist. When I tried to contact them, they kept saying they were busy. Staff made a face when I asked for toilet papers. The toilet seat was somewhat broken, and the bunk bed had layers of dust and never seemed to get cleaned or changed. The rooms were very dirty, with pubic hair from previous guests. After I requested cleaning several times, they apparently cleaned the room, but the sheets were stained and the towels torn. I’ve seen the employees behind some of the first Google reviews lazing around at the property. Please don’t go by those paid reviews. For this price, you can find much better places to stay in Arambol. Extremely bad experience.
I had a wonderful, quiet and rejuvenating stay at Adrista Divine Cottage. The cottage was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful decor that made it feel like a home away from home. The property was beautifully maintained, and the surrounding nature added to the tranquility. I highly recommend it.
The room was cramped and dirty, and water from the leaking toilet ran into the tub. The bath screen had bugs and fungus on it, and the bathroom ventilation was broken. They never fixed it. The property sits beside a garbage landfill, and the restaurant was closed because, apparently, there was some dispute. There was no room service either. I came all the way from England after relying on the glowing website reviews, and what a letdown. When I tried to reach management, he had nothing to say because he was away for something important. I later found a cheaper place in Arambol by the beach with much better service and cleanliness. This place is a shame and a disgrace to beautiful Goa. If zero stars were an option, even that would feel generous.
The room was nicely decorated and came with a fridge and electric kettle. It was the last one available, so it was very small, and I don't blame them for that. At this price, though, a few basics were missing. The bathroom had no hooks or hangers, and the toiletries were just two Clinic Plus sachets. They could also have left tea or coffee sachets with the kettle. Those little things don't cost much, but make a difference to the stay.
