I've stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and never complained before. Last time, the room AC wasn't working. I brought it up in the morning, though it was a small issue, and the manager spoke to me very rudely. The staff and manager behaved very badly. If a guest has been staying with you for a long time, you should know how to speak to him. I won't stay here again. The manager of Red Queen Hotel challenged me, saying that if the ACs weren't working within 15 minutes, I would lose a Rs 1 lakh bet. I said I'd get people from outside to test the AC, and if it worked within two hours, I'd also lose the money. After that, the manager backed down. Have you ever seen a hotel manager behave like this? I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

I found the hotel on trivago and thought it looked attractive, so I booked for 2 people without a second thought. We arrived the next day around 10am and knew check-in was at 12 pm. At reception, I asked about my booking and the staff member barely spoke, just told me to come back at 12 pm because the room wasn't available. I could see 2 people checking out then. When I tried again to ask about checking in early, he still wouldn't listen. Later he asked whether I'd paid, though I'd booked on agoda.com, where prepayment wasn't required. The staff's manner felt very neglectful. Frustrated, I left and booked another hotel. My first experience with this hotel was all bad.

I booked rooms for my guest 15 days in advance and paid an advance, but at check-in they said the whole hotel was sold out and shifted the booking to another hotel. The place they moved us to had no rooms either and asked for lots of formalities, so we left there too and arranged accommodation with one of our far relatives. They never refunded my booking money. The staff behavior wasn't good, and their connection with oyo was inappropriate. Worst hotel in Raigarh, Chattisgarh.
