The main drawback is the distance from the city centre and beaches, though it’s no problem if you have your own vehicle. There are a few eateries nearby for a quick bite, and the hotel has dedicated parking out front. The staff were polite and helpful, and helped me plan my time in Arambol. The rooms and furniture are well thought out, with colors that make the place feel homely and attractive. Best hotel I stayed in during my Goa trip.

I felt very uncomfortable here and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. The room looked like the pictures, but the atmosphere felt off. A staff member named Lakshmi kept staring at me, which made me feel unsafe and ruined the stay. There were hygiene problems too. The floor was covered in sand when we checked in, and they cleaned it only after we complained. We were given just one 500 ml bottle of water, there was no bucket in the bathroom, and I saw insects on the bed. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. The property is on the third floor with no lift, which was unpleasant with luggage.

A comfortable, beautiful room with a balcony, and it felt new and luxurious. The staff were friendly and the service was great. There’s lovely nature all around, and shops and restaurants are nearby, including the popular and good Namaste cafe. The beach is about a half-hour walk away.

The building is new, the rooms are tidy, and the surroundings are peaceful with no disturbance. The only inconvenience is that there’s no lift. It’s a hotel, not a resort. The road is very narrow, just wide enough for one car at a time, and that narrow stretch continues for about 80 m.
