Hotel Arambol Arbour

A tile fell on my colleague and hurt her. When we asked the owner or operator to look into it, he reacted harshly and showed no mercy. Only after I started filming did he come over with ointment. His behavior was horrible, and I won’t visit again.

The hotel is in a nice spot, with many cafes nearby, especially Mama's momos. Every room has air conditioning. Yazdee, the manager, is nice and easy to talk to. You can have prawns or fish cooked at a good price, and Yazdee can tell you where the nearby cheap fish market is.

We were only looking for coffee when we came across this lovely stay. The manager was humble and friendly, showed us around, recommended good places to eat nearby, and chatted with us for an hour and a half. The coffee was great too. The rooms are big and well maintained, and the pool is amazing and clean. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel is very close to the beach. If you stay in Arambol, you can book here without worry.

The manager’s attitude was arrogant, and the hotel handled things badly. They didn’t keep us informed or know how to apologize. We’d been told card payment was accepted in the booking, but it wasn’t, which cost us an extra 13€. The shower was broken for four of our seven nights. We were told a plumber would come in the morning, but he never showed up, and we kept having to follow up about it. At arrival, there were dead bugs and coffee stains on the tables, plus dust in the corners. Cleaning improved a little toward the end. There were other smaller problems too, but those were the main ones. The bed was okay and we had warm water. Some staff were friendly, even if they weren’t fully on top of things. The manager’s behavior was so bad that I’d give zero stars if I could.
