The meals really stood out. Chef Mahipalsingh and Lokendrasingh made food that was delicious, so full marks there. Deepakbhai, Aalok, and the rest of the hotel staff were humble and cooperative too. Jawai Gateway is in a convenient spot, and I had a nice, comfortable stay. I'd recommend it for a decent stay with good food.

Not satisfied. They charge for an AC room, but the ACs I checked weren't working. It seemed like they had somehow made them malfunction. When I complained, they said the AC was working and cooling just takes time, as if we were living in 2050 and it was 60 degrees outside. Even after I complained again, they wouldn't adjust the tariff and charged me in full.
