We ate well here, and the staff were very cooperative. I stayed for one day and found the property quite decent, with spotless rooms, clean washrooms, and prompt service. I’d give it five stars.

The restaurant food was really nice, but the service there wasn't good and the dining area needs major upkeep. Room service, on the other hand, was prompt and handled positively. The hotel sits on a busy main road; the rooms are good, though the washrooms aren't maintained well and general serviceability fell short. Hotel staff were okay.

I booked rooms 405 and 406. The AC in 405 leaked, and its bathroom shower didn't work. In 406 there was no water supply, so staff brought water in buckets. It felt more like a dharmshala than a hotel.

The safari experience was a real draw, and the restaurant food was tasty. Our rooms were very clean, service was top-notch, and room service came promptly. A great place to stay.

I chose this hotel because of its reviews and ratings, but my stay was horrible and they seemed misleading. The rooms were dirty, and water leaked in the bathrooms. When I asked to move because of the poor cleanliness, they said it wasn't possible since their rooms were in different categories.
