The food, all vegetarian, was genuinely good, especially the sweets, and they charged us only 1500 for one night. But the restaurant wasn’t clean or hygienic, with insects all over, and the hotel’s maintenance was poor. They hadn’t cleaned the washroom after the previous guest checked out. Some rooms had broken ACs; ours worked, but the remote was missing. The workers weren’t trained well either. We had to repeat the same thing 5-6 times before they understood and acted. I’d rather they charged 2000 or 2500 per night and maintained the rooms, bathrooms, and ACs properly, so guests weren’t disappointed.

We booked this place for a birthday party, but the food was worse than unhygienic thela food, even at 750 Rs per plate. The chefs seem to be from another planet. It was the first time I’d seen colourful malai kofta, and it tasted awful. Don’t ruin your party by booking here.

There was no electricity from 4am until checkout, and no hot water either. With no water available, I had to bathe using one walty of cold water. The bathroom smelled and wasn’t clean. Room service was bad, and there was no call facility for it. This was the worst service I’ve experienced, and I’m really disappointed with FAB for listing a hotel that can’t look after its guests. I’ll use other apps and never book through FAB again. I’d give it no stars, since stars are costly and should go to places that deserve them. I also think hotels that operate as both marriage lodges and hotels are a bad concept, and FAB’s service is bad too.

We booked a family room for 03 pax but were given a small deluxe room instead, with a stained, untidy bath towel. Mr sunil behaved very badly and doesn’t understand hospitality etiquette. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and I promise I’ll never book a hotel through fab again.
