There’s a lot of greenery and trees around the property, which gives it a quiet, relaxing feel. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean, with beds big enough for four people to sleep comfortably. Washrooms are roomy and well maintained too. The staff are friendly, and the owners are polite and welcoming, especially to families. They prepare food thoughtfully and adjust it to guests’ tastes and preferences. It’s close to Arambol Beach, Goa, and a wonderful place to stay in Arambol.

The room is spacious, the AC works well, and the washroom was clean. There’s a small balcony with a stand for drying clothes, plus an induction stove and utensils for making tea, coffee or Maggi. They have a nice garden out front. We did ask for the room to be cleaned because it looked a little dusty. The Wi-Fi signal in the room wasn’t strong, and mobile reception was poor too. The small instant geyser meant waiting for hot water. Still, it’s a nice budget hotel.

Parking was ample and convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure my needs were met. The rooms were clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at this Lavish exotic hotel in Arambol. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
