There was a cockroach on the bed, and the bedsheets and blanket were stained. The bathroom and room had damp patches, and the taps, shower, jet spray, and other water outlets weren't working properly. No towels or bathroom amenities were provided. It felt like throwing money away. I'd rather sleep on the road than book here, and I wouldn't come with friends, let alone family.

The washrooms and rooms were dirty, and there was no food available. There was no hot water during monsoon season, either. If you love cockroaches, this might be the place for you. It was a horrible experience, and I won't stay here again. Book at your own risk. Highly not recommended.

I checked the reviews before booking, and they turned out to match what I found. Before arriving, I called to explain that I was traveling with family, including senior women, and asked them to keep the room and sheets clean. But the bedsheet was dirty, the washroom was wet, and the bathroom fittings were damaged. I wouldn't stay here with family.

I didn't like how much they charged for the room and service. Negotiate as hard as you can.

The room wasn't ready at 01:00 PM, even though check-in is at 12:00 PM, and they didn't provide the included meal. The staff were rude, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and long women's hairs were scattered around. There were several stains on the bedsheet and blanket cover. If you're looking to stay in MP nagar, bhopal, choose another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this one.
