Hotel Nandanvan is affordable and centrally located, with decent-sized rooms. Hot water, TV, and Wi-Fi are available, though how good they are seems to depend on the room. The staff are generally polite and helpful, but service can drag during busy times. Cleanliness was acceptable, though housekeeping could do better and the rooms weren't spotless. The location is handy for major transit points, eateries, and shopping, whether you're travelling for work or leisure. The in-house dining is average, fine for a quick bite, but there are better options nearby. It's functional for a short stay if you don't need luxury, though service and cleanliness could improve.

Check-in is at noon, but hot water is only available from 6 AM to 11 AM. On the first day there was no hot water, and there wasn't even a shower in the bathroom.

I booked six rooms for close relatives for my wedding, and they were awful. The sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed between guests. There was no geyser and no hot water for showers. Only after my father-in-law scolded them for an hour did they start heating water in a big pot, one person at a time. It took three hours for all 12 people to get ready. The tea and coffee service was terrible too. They weren't provided with any, so they eventually had to walk to the nearest place to get it. All my close relatives were disappointed. Money wasted. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Don't go here.

The washroom is in really bad shape, and the cleaning isn't up to date. The owner needs to read this and do maintenance. If they cleaned the rooms regularly, this place could get more than 3 stars. It's no more than 20 minutes from Pune station, but the food is expensive.

I booked through OYO, and this wasn't my first stay here. On my last booking for 29th April, the toilet spray in my room didn't work. The complimentary breakfast took an hour to arrive after we went down for it. They need to work on service, which matters a lot. At 2400 per day, this place isn't worth it. It should be 1500.
