The Ayurvedic consultation was detailed and professional, and the treatments were the best quality I’ve experienced. The therapists were kind, skilled, and dedicated to the healing process. Everyone at Veda5, from housekeeping and the chefs to the wider resort team, was service-minded, smiling, and genuinely helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and calming, with very spacious, tastefully designed rooms kept exceptionally clean. The lake view brings an immediate feeling of serenity and connection with nature. Meals were fresh, nutritious, and delicious, with a good variety of Sattvic dishes prepared with care for both health and enjoyment. I recently came back from the Veda5 Ayurvedic Center in Goa, and I’m still moved by the peaceful, empowering experience. It’s a real gem for anyone looking for healing for body and soul. I’m already looking forward to returning.

The little cottages were lovely, with tasteful decor and views of the lake. The flowers and other details added to the peaceful feeling, and everything was very clean and well looked after. I spent almost four weeks at Veda5 in October 2025 and came away delighted, feeling well, relaxed, and fit. The staff were excellent and attentive: Annamika, my therapist with magic hands, Weng and Turuk in the restaurant, Dr Dhnaya, Pradip, the manager, and Yash, the yoga teacher. The food was excellent, and I found the cooking classes very interesting. There were no mosquitoes. They are very devoted to their deities, and I was lucky to join some rituals. I’m sincerely grateful for the timeless wellbeing break they gave me.

We felt welcome and relaxed as soon as we arrived at Veda5 in Arambol. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious, and we loved the Ayurvedic therapy and yoga. I arrived with a knee injury, and both my Ayurvedic therapist and the yoga teacher worked with me. After five days I felt much better and my mobility had improved. We’ll be back!

We came home with new recipes to try after some amazing food, and the activities included in our package were handled with real care and met our expectations. The resort was lovely and clean, in a beautiful spot, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. You made us feel at home. We hope to return!
