The desk lady tried to make me pay more than the official app price when I had to extend my stay for unforeseen reasons. The supporting staff weren’t helpful, and one seemed unaware of anything work related. Our rooms hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived either. They seem interested only in grabbing money, so I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m unhappy with their service. I’m sure I left my ear pods on a chair, but when I called reception a few hours later, they said nothing had been found. No use 😞😞😞

The service isn’t bad, but the check-in and check-out times can’t be chosen to suit you. OYO should consider hourly extensions and let customers pick times that work for them.

Priya was professional and helpful, and the staff are well trained. The place is clean and in a secure location. Awesome stay.

A nice option for couples, with clean, tidy rooms. It could use more guest facilities, though, like room service and a kitchen with a restaurant.
