The rooms were okay, but don’t expect much from the staff. They were really rude, like they didn’t need customers. We booked online, then were told on arrival that they don’t accept online bookings. Luckily, we did get a room, but had to request a refund from the booking site. I don’t understand why the hotel appears online if they won’t take those bookings. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with this.

My friend, his family, and I had a booking, and we called several times to say we’d arrive at night. When we got there, check-in was denied because they said no rooms were available. The attendant kept telling us to contact OYO support, but the booking was already in place. What was the point of taking it if the hotel could be overbooked and couldn’t hold our room? We were left stranded in the middle of the night because of the staff’s careless and dangerous attitude. I wouldn’t trust this property or its service.

Hotel Spark has the basics, but don’t count on food, drinks, or kitchen service. ATMs, a bakery, a chai shop, and a medical store are all close by. The rooms were clean and a decent size, with space for 2-3 people in one room, and the place is only 1.5kms from Sindhi Camp Bus Stand. I booked two rooms for 1.5k each. They don’t take bookings from OYO, so call to check availability. The rooms are good for the budget. I’d skip their taxi service; see my other Jaipur review for the 1800/- full-day sightseeing option for four people in one sedan.

At 2am, with my family, they refused to let me check in, saying they don’t take online bookings. They asked for more money, and I had no other option. Poor service and bad rooms too. Bunch of looters. Never go here.

I booked through Agoda, and it was very cheap for me. The room was clean, well maintained, and in good condition, and the staff were supportive. Go for it. Thanks 😊
