OYO 22204 Hotel Mark Inn

The room service and staff behavior were good, but the rooms were in bad shape. Some had no keys, so there was no way to lock them, and the bathroom showers weren't installed. The rooms and cupboards were dusty, and the bedsheets and blankets had dirty spots.

Cockroaches were in the room, and the sheets were filthy and unwashed. The shower head was broken, and I had to switch rooms several times before finding one with working AC. None of the rooms had keys, so I couldn't lock mine when I went out. Billing was a mess too: they took extra money, said they'd adjust it on the bill, then later said making the bill would cost more. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. It felt like a wilderness survival camp. Useless.

From reception right through checkout, I faced problem after problem, and everything about the hotel was very bad. I can't recommend staying here. If you can, cancel the booking for your own safe travel. I don't want anyone else going through what I did on 04.11.2023.

This property in transport nagar has potential, but poor maintenance is holding it back. The walls and bathroom tiles are dirty, and the receptionist was super rude. They also don't allow outside food, unlike most properties these days. A little upkeep, fresh paint, and polite staff could help the place shine.
