We stayed for two days, and the service was poor. The room was really small, and the price felt far too high for it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location near the railway and bus stations was convenient, and the room was at least more or less clean, though very small. The toilet had an unpleasant mess left by the previous guests, and we soon realized the flush was very weak. By the next morning there was no water at all. It's a cheap hotel, but you can find something better for the same money.

We had to negotiate quite a bit before getting what seemed like a fair room price, since the first price quoted was very high. Our room had AC, but no button to turn it on. The controls for all the AC units were kept at reception.

The railway station is nearby, but I wouldn't visit. The room was dirty, and when I told the owner, he said it was always clean. Staff were rude. The balcony was filthy, the fan didn't work, and the AC on/off control was at reception. There's no lift or parking, and the price was high. Alcohol is allowed in the rooms. It seemed like a good hotel for chappri boys.

The room was clean and nice, and the price was very low. The staff treated us well, and it was easy to talk with them. Hotel Shiv Vilas is close to Jaipur Junction Railway Station, Sindhi Camp Bus Station, and the metro. Very good stay.
