The place felt unsafe, and the booking experience was a mess. I paid online in advance, but at check-in they demanded more money, saying the rate I booked was too low. They also seemed to expect guests to find another hotel at the last minute. Calling customer care didn't help; staff didn't care and even wanted me to call them because the owner was owed money by online companies after the COVID-19 crunch. When company staff called, they brought up those unpaid amounts and pushed for higher room rates. This is a third-rate hotel.

There was no water in the washroom, and the owners and employees were rude to customers. Service was awful, with an argument at checkout. If the ratings allowed it, I'd give negative stars.

They refused to give me a room at the last minute and wanted extra money. Worst experience I've had.

Money seems to matter to them more than their guests.
