The Fern Residency

I really appreciated how calmly and kindly the team handled my stay. I asked in the morning for a cake to be brought to my room at midnight, and they made sure it arrived right on time. Sania followed up the next morning, and even arranged the cake complimentary. Thank you, Fern. I was missing conditioner in the washroom alongside the shampoo, since I’d left it out of my travel kit after seeing the amenities. The pool chairs are very close to the pool, which made me uncomfortable about swimming while other guests were eating. I didn’t take photos just to upload feedback, but the pictures on their website show the place exactly as it is.

Sania made breakfast feel comfortable with her calm, attentive service, and Peeyush was very helpful in arranging masala tea just how we wanted it. We were four people and had a very pleasant stay at Fern Residency. The room was comfortable, the shower was good, and there were plenty of towels. Reception were helpful, and the door staff kindly carried our bags without expecting a tip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The smooth check-in and check-out made things easy, and the rooms were very neat and clean. When my mother became unwell at 2 AM, the night team took her to a nearby clinic, and I want to highlight the exceptional care they showed. Restaurant and housekeeping staff also fulfilled all our requests. I’d definitely recommend Fern Residency for a comfortable stay in Jaipur.

Food was another bright spot for my family at The Fern Residency. The mainly vegetarian menu also had 1-2 non-veg choices each day, with plenty of variety, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. We stayed here during the first part of our Rajasthan trip, and the clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms made it easy to settle in after the long journey. The service was commendable from arrival onward. Everyone was welcoming, polite, and attentive. Sania, Priya, and Khushbu took great care of us, and Jitendra, the Assistant Manager, kept things smooth and pleasant. It’s a great option for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, especially for foreigners. We hope to return on our next Jaipur trip.
