Preet Lodge Mohali by OYO Rooms

Thank goodness I made the reservation through GOIBIBO. When I contacted their customer care, they seemed determined to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied, and they sorted things out within an hour. Amazing response from GOIBIBO, which deserves a 5 star rating. For regular hotel bookings, I’d recommend GOIBIBO. At least they’ll support you if OYO or a hotel fails to provide what it promised. I booked a suite through OYO at this lodge six days ahead and got a confirmation email. I also called the hotel using the number OYO provided to confirm the booking and check-in time. But when I arrived, the staff denied the confirmed booking and said there was no suite available. Oddly, the whole hotel had only one suite, yet the booking site showed that only one was left. After more than two hours of discussion with several OYO guest experience managers, who weren’t much help, I was told the hotel would give me a deluxe room instead. The room, shown in the attached photos, didn’t even have a key for the door. When I complained about that the next day, they managed to provide a better room than the first one, also shown in the photos. If you have other options, choose one of them. This lodge wasn’t worth it, and OYO isn’t foolproof.
