The staff deserve full marks and respect. I watched the dining team keep their patience with customers who were completely confused. The ambiance, rooms, and staff were fantastic. I'd say stay at least two days and bring your family. One suggestion: give housekeeping a checklist so they can make sure all the kits are in place ahead of time. I wish there were an option to give ten stars.

The pool was lovely and looked well cared for, but we spent around half an hour waiting for someone to come help us because no staff were nearby. The lobby and outside of the hotel look attractive. Our room felt set up for business, with a lot of its limited space taken up by a work area, which wasn't useful for us as a family. We only stayed one night and left early, so I can't really speak to the service otherwise. It's a decent option near the airport and places like Rock Garden.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and polite throughout our two-night stay. A special mention to Sofia at the front desk. The furniture feels a little dated, and the bathroom amenities could be more varied and better stocked. Still, it was a pleasant stay for my wife and me, worth four stars.

The food was prepared well and tasted fine, but both breakfast and room service arrived cold. After I mentioned it, the breakfast attendant offered to bring something directly from the kitchen. I was there on a business trip for one night in a superior room at James. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were courteous. The washroom was above average, though the local toiletries came without a bathrobe, cotton pads, or an earbud kit.
