Ivory Hotel

Cleanliness was poor, room service was terrible, and the whole visit was stressful instead of restful. When we brought up simple concerns, the owner was rude and the staff ignored the problems rather than fixing them. One of my most disappointing hotel stays. The price isn't justified, and I'm definitely not coming back.

The rooms look nice and were clean, and the location is convenient near the highway. Service was ordinary, and the food wasn't very good. There's no dining area, and the complimentary breakfast isn't a buffet. I had trouble with the shower too: the hot and cold sides were reversed. I didn't expect that from this hotel. The other services were good, so I'd still give it four stars. I'd advise customers not to choose the complimentary breakfast option if they're expecting a buffet.

It's a quiet, clean place, and it's been around for six or seven years. If you're staying near khrar, I'd recommend it. Some of the services have declined a bit, though.

I had a nice stay. The manager helped me when I couldn't book a cab to my destination and arranged one for me, which I really appreciated. Staff were helpful, and the property is easy to reach since it's right on the road. The rooms are new, big, and clean, and the bathroom was especially spacious and tidy. It's a new property and quite budget friendly compared with others. Breakfast was tasty and good quality, but it wasn't part of the stay and cost extra. It took a little longer to prepare. The room had the necessary items, including body wash, shampoo, and a towel. Thank you.
