Hotel Omni By OYO Rooms

The room was neat and clean, and the quality was good. The price is the best part.

The plates they gave us were broken, and there wasn't a good selection of food. There's no dining area, and the rooms and bathrooms smelled awful with no ventilation. Room service was really poor, and the hotel staff were rude. Yesterday's stay was a terrible experience. I'm sharing some pictures and asking them to improve the rooms and service.

The manager, or whoever was running the place, was extremely rude. There wasn't clean water, so I had to buy it from them. I'd booked for one person and asked if a few friends could leave their bags for a few hours before their evening train. None of them came into the room; they only helped pass the bags in. Still, the manager made an unnecessary scene, argued with me and my friends, and charged me extra. He only quieted down after I said I'd pay more. They didn't even offer me water when I arrived. There were no toiletries, and the heater soon started giving cold water. The staff seemed inexperienced and the stay was unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it.

There was enough room for two, but the taps barely worked and wasted a lot of water. Room service was terrible, and the manager didn't seem able to solve problems. There was no hygiene. When I asked them to sanitize the room, I was told they didn't have anything for it. The bedsheets and other things never seemed to get washed. I had a really bad stay and wouldn't recommend anyone go there.
