The only good thing about this OYO room was the food. The receptionist was arrogant and made us wait more than an hour because we'd booked online at a discounted price.

A major disappointment. The room was dirty and stinky, and the staff were horrible, impolite, and extra arrogant, as if we were staying for free. The toilet and bathroom basin were broken, and the heater didn't work. They wouldn't let us bring outside food, yet at 8 PM the only thing they could offer from the whole menu was an omelette. I'd give this hotel a minus rating.

The room and bathroom smelled really bad. The AC didn't work for most of the time, and the hotel staff weren't good either.

We ordered food, but it wasn't fresh and the plates hadn't been washed properly. The rooms were dirty and smelly, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were arrogant and didn't know how to speak to customers. I'd give this hotel a minus rating.

The neighborhood isn't even worth one star, and the area has some vulgar activity at night. The rooms weren't clean either, and both the receptionist and other workers were rude and ill-mannered.
