The staff were very polite, and the room was clean, so the stay was nice. The bathroom could use some improvements, though.

The hotel itself is good, but they don't seem to like online payments through Oyo. When we paid in cash, they charged us more.

They changed the name from Pr Regency to Pr Plaza, which caused a lot of confusion. The service and rooms were only average.
