The rooms and the place were clean, and the toilets were very clean, almost like home. Car parking is available too. The staff were supportive. Awesome hotel, a place worth visiting. Five out of five.

The location was quite inconvenient, and the staff were unresponsive, so the service was disappointing. The rooms were below average for cleanliness and comfort. Hotel Future Inn was neither remarkable nor terrible.

I'm very upset with the unprofessional staff. A woman I spoke to on the phone said she'd call me back in a few minutes, but hours have passed and I never heard from her. I'm a working woman myself and expected a better response. Now, when I have nowhere to stay, I find out they have rooms available. I suggest she should lose her job.

There was no one at reception, and nothing here seems to work. The AC, TV, and Wi-Fi were all broken. We were told the rooms had balconies, but there's just one shared balcony for all the rooms. All those promises were false. Horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was prompt and good, and the room felt comfortable and was clean. A good place to stay.
