The Vincent Inn

This is a clean budget hotel, but the rooms are very small and nowhere near what the photos show. I saw no windows like the ones in the pictures, and there’s no standard room with both a table and chair and a window. The rooms seem to have either a window or a chair, and no tables. When I asked a housekeeping guy for a table, he said he’d bring one, but a manager who may have been angry about my reviews refused and said they had none. They could have tried to help and change a customer’s impression. The location is too interior, with nowhere to walk, and I didn’t feel safe going outside alone at night. You’re left sitting in your room. The price is far too high for this kind of room, and it doesn’t match a 4.3 rating. It’s not a three-star hotel as described. The listing is very misleading. Please don’t rely on reviews like I did, they must be paid, because I don’t think this hotel deserves 4.2 stars.

I stayed at Vincent in for the first time and found it a great place, with clean rooms and a quiet atmosphere. The restaurant food and service were fantastic. Santosh Sen was courteous throughout our stay. I’d recommend visiting without hesitation. Myself soumen Mondal.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, near the New Market area, and felt like good value for money. Rooms are compact but nicely designed. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are complimentary; the breakfast selection is limited but decent. Laundry is available, though it goes outside.

I found the facilities first-rate and the service outstanding during my recent stay. Some reviews may be old or about isolated problems, but I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
