The Maple Hotel-Bhopal

The food was delicious, the banquet hall looked gorgeous, and we loved the rooms, location, valet parking, service, staff, and overall atmosphere. Everything was better than we’d imagined, and THE MAPLE HOTEL made our big day memorable. I had looked at several venues for our wedding. Since THE MAPLE HOTEL was new, I was unsure at first and considered older, more established places. I’m glad we chose it. Mr. Kashyap Sharma understood what we needed from the start and helped make it happen. He was cooperative, never said no to our requests, and made sure things went smoothly. Probably the best manager I’ve dealt with. Thanks as well to Raj, Kritika, Hema and Sachin. You’re all awesome. Cheers to the staff!

I tried to book a room by calling the number listed online, and they asked me to send my details on WhatsApp, which I did. When I called to confirm, I was told food orders were available until 11:00 PM, but the WhatsApp message said 10:30 PM. I called twice to clear up the confusion, and both times they abruptly ended the call without helping. Frustrated by the poor response and what seemed like more attention to other customers, I told them not to go ahead with the booking. The communication felt unprofessional. Think twice before booking.

We recently visited the revolving restaurant, maple sky 360. A big thank you to the maple team, especially dear Sapna and Chandni, for the warm welcome and lovely hospitality for Karwa Chauth. Their thoughtful arrangements and care with the details made the celebration special and memorable. I really appreciate how comfortable and beautiful they made our day.

The hotel is not one I’d recommend. The rooms are right beside Hoshangabad highway, and the traffic noise is so loud that sleeping at night isn’t possible. The staff don’t seem to take the problem seriously.
