Via Vincy Place - 200M From Mandrem Beach

The ocean view is really nice, and the owners were lovely. They helped me with everything I needed, and the food was very good too. My room was large, clean, and had a private en-suite bathroom. I only booked a few nights, then decided to extend. It’s a little way up the hill, so having a scooter helps for getting to the beach. Great value for the price.

The staff were pleasant and cooperative, and the location is convenient, close to Mandrem Beach and right on the main road. But the property wasn't maintained to the standard I expected from FAB hotels. There was dust, cobwebs, and spiders in the unclean rooms. The toilet seats were so small it was hard to sit without hitting your knees on the wall, and hauling luggage up all those stairs was a chore. I’d only suggest it for budget travelers or a one-night stay. If you're in Goa, book somewhere better.

The friendly staff were a plus, especially Promod, who helped us with everything. There’s parking, and the view from the stay is kind of nice. It’s also very close to Mandrem Beach, around 300 meters, and 1.8 km from Arambol. Still, the bedsheets weren’t very clean, and the rooms didn’t feel worth what we paid, around 6k. The bathroom is tiny. If you have long legs, sitting on the toilet is difficult because your nose ends up just 1-2 inches from the wall. There were too many ants as well.

The hotel is a short walk from Mandrem beach, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms were clean and neat, with the basic amenities. We ate at the hotel's own restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the owner is a very kind, gentle lady.
