The whole thing felt like a basic matter of humanity, not money. We were eight people on a one-day trip and had booked a room just to leave our bags. Staff quoted 2,000 rupees, then agreed to 1,600 after we negotiated. They'd told us there were no bathing facilities, only somewhere to keep our things, and we accepted that. After a 10-hour trip, we needed to use the washroom. I was on my period and took around 15-20 minutes to change. When I came out, the receptionist complained that we'd taken too long just to store our things. I had to explain that I was on my period. Then he told me not to flush too much. My friends also needed to pee, and all of us took only about 20-25 minutes to get ready. How can you speak to tourists that way? After checkout, they asked for another 500 rupees, saying we'd flushed too much and stayed five minutes past checkout. They treated us like we'd used the room for free. I don't know if things will improve, but I hope no one else has to deal with this. Think it over 1,000 times before booking this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, but that's about the only positive I found. The place had dirty rooms, cockroaches, unclean bedsheets and comforters, dirty washrooms, and an AC full of dirt that seemed never to have been cleaned. The TV and WiFi didn't work, and they charged extra even for water bottles. The car park felt like a ghost space. I read lots of negative reviews and still gave it a try on a family trip. That was a big mistake. Someone could fall ill staying here, and the property's photos don't reflect what we found. I would never recommend this hotel.

At 2,500 rupees plus tax, including food, the price was the one good part. A low-budget business traveler might find it okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. The room was large, but poorly maintained, with dirty mattresses and linens. There was no room service, and the TV hadn't been recharged. They were tied up with some shady restaurant. We skipped the included breakfast since they didn't have their own arrangements.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, which was my main concern. Still, the hotel is worth the money: the rooms were well maintained, it was a peaceful place, and the staff's hospitality was commendable. It's centrally located and very close to the railway station.
