It was a pleasant, comfortable stay at Emporium Hotel. The location made it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport. Staff were warm and supportive, the room was neat and well kept, and the service was satisfactory.

We’d told them we would arrive late, but when we got there we had to wake the receptionist, who was asleep on the reception floor. The room wasn’t clean, and the kids couldn’t use the bathroom. There were no tissues either. We checked out first thing in the morning after finding another hotel. It wasn’t a good stay.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family. Mr Rai behaved unethically and unprofessionally, asking us to leave without warning when we checked in. We still had another 12 hours before checkout, but he forced us to vacate at 8 PM while we were two women. The one star is only for housekeeping, who were prompt and polite.

It was easy to get to, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was good. The staff were friendly, too. I had a good experience overall and would recommend it for families.
