OYO 9219 Hotel Veenu International

The rooms were really good and my parents had a comfortable stay. The hotel is central and easy to find, and the food was okay. But on the second day they didn't provide water in the room. When asked, they refused and said water is only provided on alternate days. We had to pay 50 RS for bottles. We've stayed in many places, and this was the first time we'd come across that logic. It was a nice stay otherwise.

The deluxe room was decent and the hot water worked well, but the overall experience was average. Room service was a little sloppy. Tea and coffee are only available when the restaurant is open, and it's closed on Sundays and doesn't open until 6:30 in the evening. That's a huge inconvenience.

A pocket-friendly hotel and good value for money. It's convenient for visiting the local sights, and the staff were good. The place was hygienic and service was good. A little construction maintenance could make it more elegant. I'd feel safer if the bathroom kit used branded products. Overall, a better hotel.

Room service was decent too, though we waited a long time for an iron box. The swipe card to open the room didn't work at all. For two days, right up until checkout, every time we went out we had to go through floors to find someone with the master key. They called it a temporary problem, but it never got fixed while we were there. You could try staying here if the smart Lock card works.
